I'm new to the LS plug-in and I am having trouble getting all of my entries to show when I search and I do not know where to modify the code to include all of my collections. please help?

Once you've created your collections and built the index, you can use the collection="" parameter to define which collections you want to target, or omit it to search all, just like the native channel="" parameter.
Entries are then filtered by regular parameters, like status, show_future_entries, show_expired, and so on.
