Pagination in low search does something that not parse EE conditions

I am working on a site (EE3 and now EE5 upgraded) Both the site has a common issue. If I use Low search pagination to page 40 above, it not parse if condition for some reason.

   Apologies for the late reply -- thought I already addressed this.
   
   Pagination in LS does the same as the channel:entries tag, so that shouldn't make a difference.
   
   I'd also need to see some template code. You can use http://pastebin.com/ for large chunks of code.
