user permission "not authorized to access this page"

hi low,

is there a problem with the user permissions in low reorder? because despite the fact that we granted access for our client ("Can reorder entries") they keep getting errors ("Error: Sie sind zum Zugriff auf diese Seite nicht berechtigt" ... like "You are not authorized to access this page.")

   Not that I'm aware of.
   
   The member group should have access to the module itself in EE's own settings, if that's not the case. What versions of EE and LR are we talking about here?
