I try to add a new variable but I get this message.

An Error Was Encountered

Unable to load the requested file: col_settings_tmpl.php

i have this same error also in Channel Fields.

can you help me?

i use ExpressionEngine 2.9.2 and LOW_VAR_VERSION 2.6.0

   Does updating to v2.6.1 (the latest EE2 compatible version) solve the issue?

   If you have a valid license, the legacy versions are listed on the main add-on page on devot:ee.

   Well, at least one license has to be in your name to get updates... If it's not in your name, have the license transferred to your name. Ask devot:ee and the current owner to do so.

   Possibly, but I can't really support a legacy add-on version on a retired product (EE2), especially if you're not on the latest legacy version... If anything, upgrading both EE and LV to the latest versions is the way to go.
