Low Search is not finding the all the results. Even though I've updated indexes and lexicon.
Hi,
I am on EE v2.10.3 and Low Search 4.4.3.
Low Search is not finding all of the results it should find.
Let's say the search: https://erdbeerpunkt.ch/shop?suchbegr...
should include this https://erdbeerpunkt.ch/shop/produkt/... article.
But this one is not included and a lot of others as well.
Do you know what could be causing this?
I don't know why Article 244 is not shown. The Word "Elefäntchen" is clearly in the title.
Any help appreciated!

You can enable template debugging to see what's going on -- copy/paste all lines that mention Low Search here.
In the meantime, also check if the entry isn't negated by other (default) parameters like status (defaults to open only) and show_expired/show_future_entries.

Hi, thanks for getting back so quickly...
I've added show_future_entries and show_expired="yes" but the problem remains.
The entry specified is open and in the past (oct 2017) and has no expiry date.

Turns out the Low Reorder set containing the entry needed to be saved (again). In the (rather large) list on the LR page, it was listed, but not actually saved in the DB. Not sure why; it should be maintained automatically. Maybe the sheer size of the set was the issue.
Anyway, the entry shows up again.

I can't really tell. Keeping up to date is always a good idea. If you see it happening again, try and save the Set to see if that helps. That's all I can offer at the moment -- both versions of LS and LR are legacy versions running on a retired product...

No probs. Also, it's not a bug in LS -- that works as it should, limiting the search results by the entries found in the LR set. The issue was that the entry wasn't really part of the LR set, even though you could see it in the list in the CP (like a preview), and was therefore filtered out of the search results. But that's just me being pedantic. ;)
