Low Reorder doesn't work on mobile/touch

On EE 3.5.11 + Low Reorder 3.0.1 drag/drop sorting is not working on mobile (chrome/safari iOS).

Also, the list is not styled (no CSS, it looks like a default, unstyled ul > li).

Implementing something that would work in mobile/touch would be much appreciated!

   The latest update should allow for mobile drag/dropping.
