Pagination not working in results tag

Pagination links are not being generated in my results tag although they are generated in the exp:channel:entries tag.

{exp:low_search:results query="{segment_2}" limit=“5” pagination="bottom" } ......
{paginate}
{current_page}/{total_pages} | {pagination_links}
{/paginate}
{/exp:low_search:results}

   If your code is directly copy/pasted from your template, then you have curly quotes around your limit parameter value. Make sure they are regular quotes, so
   
   

   limit="5"
