build a search based on a table/martix

peter e 1 Feb 2017 15:32 question, complete

I am trying to build a search form that will allow me to do the following:

Search 1: if category = A, B , or C AND Custom Field = RED
Search 2: if category = A, AND Custom Field = RED, BLUE or GREEN

Are these types of searches possible?

First, read how parameters work in Low Search.

Then you'll need to use the Categories filter (for filtering by category) and the Field Search filter (for filtering by custom field values).

There are multiple examples for each of those filters.
