Multiple categories in Low Reorder

Daniel 14 Jul 2016 11:31 question, complete

I have a problem with configuration of Low Reorder. My website is quite complicated but I will try to explain.

I have to sort entries in a few sliders (ex. slider1 and slider2) and order in each slider must be different. Everything work well but more complicated is fact that the entries in each slider must be sorted differently for different language! So I have 2 sliders and 5 languages and in each slider the order must be different.

I get the point where order in each slider for each language is different but I'd like to choose two or more categories in one set. For example for EN language I'd like to show one entry in slider1 but not in slider2. Solution for that is to mark category responsible for slider1 and EN language. Unfortunately when I mark both categories the Low Reorder will show all entries from slider1 category and all entries from EN language category. And everything what I want to is to show ONLY the entries which have been assigned to BOTH categories.

How can I achive it in Low Reorder?

Thanks for your help.

Low Reorder doesn't currently support sets with multiple inclusive categories, so I'm afraid this isn't possible.

    Thanks for your answer.

Shame... However are you planning to create this improvement in the future?

Not planned at the moment, but given enough demand (or commission) that can change.

Did this functionality ever get implemented or any plans for it? Anyone have a workaround if not?

Still not planned (you're the second one in three years to ask), not sure if there's a workaround.
