Deleting uploads

I am using the Select Files variable to be able to switch a web site banner among a handful of images. I've uploaded one image of poor quality and don't want anyone to use it. Is there a way to "delete" this image so it no longer shows up as a choice when using the variable?

   Deleting files from LV using eht Select Files var type is currently not possible. You'd have to delete the file using the native File Manager.
