Is there a way to display the top searched for keywords?

On our search page we would like to display a rolling list of the top searched for keywords. Is there a way built in to do this?

   I do! Thank you! Is there any sort of word scrubbing for obscenities or way to disclude particular terms manually?

   Nope, the terms are displayed as is. You'd have to work with conditionals to hide certain terms.
