No results with categories only
When I search with an empty keyword, but with a category, I get no results
{if no_results} is allways triggered when keyword is empty.
How do I solve this?

Can you try and set dynamic="no" to the Results tag? If that doesn't help, enable the template debugger and copy/paste all lines that mention Low Search here.

Some free advice: try and avoid keywords:loose='both' for any language that uses spaces as word separators. It's mainly used for languages that don't use words in that sense (Chinese, Thai). Using it for "regular" languages will slow down searches.
If you must, try use keywords:loose="right" instead. That will make sure that the MySQL fulltext speed benefits will still apply.
