No search results in French

I have Low Search working on a live site where it gets results for English entries, however any entries that are in French (using EE Harbor Transcribe for multilingual) get no results. This happens even when I copy/paste from the french site into the search bar.

I tried replicating a collection and adding the language french to it. Indexed the collection, but no change on the front end of the site.

Please advise.

   Low - I resolved this. not sure why but I had added this parameter to the results tag transcribe_add_lang="en" once removed it was fine.
