I just installed low_search and I'm getting an error when I click on the settings option from the Extensions area of the EE Control Panel.
Unable to load the requested file: helpers/low_search_helper.php
php version 5.4.13
EE 2.9.2
Any ideas why ?

Yes, I have an idea why. (sighs and shakes fist at EllisLab)
I'll fix it in the upcoming version.
In the meantime, you can access the settings via Modules -> Low Search -> Settings.

I was wondering if the settings where different, because I was able to see them from the Module section.
I guess we can close this now :)
