Channel Fields Not Being Searched

One of the sites that we built and used Low Search on does not show the content fields inside the "Edit Collection" view in the CP. Due to this the content is not being searched (only the title fields are).

This is a production site. Would you like us to send you the login info over email?

   The fields themselves should have "Is field searchable" enabled in their settings in order to show up in the Collection details. Can you verify if that's the case?
