Does Low Alphabet support multiple channels?

I have employee contact information that I'm importing into EE with different CSV files... they are imported into different channels due to limitations of the data importer.

Can I specify multiple channels in the {exp:low_alphabet:azlist} and {exp:low_alphabet:entries} tags, like channel="us_employees|canada_employees" ?
