Is there a version of Low NoSpam that is compatible with freeform 3.1.3?

I have an install of EE (2.4.0) with Freeform 3.1.3 - I know they will work together in more recent releases, but not sure if there is a version of Low NoSpam that would be compatible with the setup we have without having to update EE. Is this a concern, or is there a specific Low NoSpam version I need?
