select selected with low options

Hi,

I use the following code to update my select field, it works but how do I make the highlighted option selected . This is in a channel form.

{exp:low_options:current_position}
{options}{option:label}{/options}
{/exp:low_options:current_position}

   Couldn't you just use regular Channel Form field syntax instead of Low Options?
