Highlighting keywords is diacritic sensitive.

Hi

Our language has letters š, đ, č, ć, ž which makes the highlighting keywords option not work most of the time.

Is there something that can be done in Low Search to make it not diacritic sensitive?

Tried using this addon on search results page and giving it the {low_search_keywords} as parameter but the addon fails with highlighting when there are more than one word as search term and it cannot follow the filtering options that we have on search results page.

   I'm afraid that's mentioned in the docs. I'll make a note of it to further investigate it, but for the time being it works as is.
