    I take it your member directory is a channel? What code are you using? You can use http://pastie.org/ or http://pastebin.com/ for large chunks of code.

    Get an AZ-list tag on top for the alphabet list:

    {exp:low_alphabet:azlist
    channel="zoo_visitor"
    alpha_field="member_lastname"
    group_numbers="yes"
    status="Members-id5"
    search:membership_type="Individual Membership ($40)"
    }
    <a href="{path="members/{low_alphabet_url}"}">{low_alphabet_label}</a>
    {/exp:low_alphabet:azlist}

    And use the Entries tag to display and filter by alpha:

    {exp:low_alphabet:entries
    channel="zoo_visitor"
    paginate="both"
    status="Members-id5"
    limit="20"
    search:membership_type="Individual Membership ($40)"
    orderby="member_lastname"
    alpha_filter="{segment_2}"
    }
    ...same as the channel:entries tag...
    {/exp:low_alphabet:entries}

    Just remember to use the same status="" and search:field="" params to get the right entries, and make sure the alpha_filter="" param points to the single letter in the URI, used to only show entries starting with that letter.

    I have azlist shows up fine now. Not sure how to get a letter i.e. "C" to show me only member_lastnames that begin with the letter "C"

    I installed and followed instructions, I see Low Alphabet in Extensions, but not in Modules, should it be in Modules?

  7. Low 22 Mar 2014 19:07

    No, the package consists of a plugin and an extension file. No module. Once you enabled the extension, you should be good to go.

    Can I hire a developer to help? Do you know anyone who is interested?
