Next/Previous Event
Is there a way I can show next a previous events using Low Events. I can currently do this with the native EE next previous tags but this does not relate to the order of events that are returned from Low Events.

Currently not possible (unless you get creative with the Query module yourself), but it's on the todo-list.

has this feature been implemented perhaps? If not can you tell us what kind of query that would have to be?

It has not. Querying it yourself can be tricky, because of any amount of filtering there might be, like status, category or search:field params.
