Low Events time picker doesn't work in channel form (front-end).

I'm having problems displaying a Low Event field on the front-end with a channel form. The Field displays correctly, but the time picker doesn't produce a drop-down. The month/date picker works as expected.

I'm using EE 2.7.2 and Low Events 1.1.5.

   I can see there's a JS error on the page not caused by Low Events:
   
   

   Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'afterLoaded' of undefined 
    custom.js:392

   
   
   It's possible the LE JS won't load because of that error. Can you try and fix that one to see if that helps?

   Could you tell me how to use Low Events in a "Channel Form" please?
   I need to set the Entry Time (hours and minutes) on their own.
