Low Events not overwriting entry / expiration dates

Jonny 23 Oct 2013 19:35 problem, complete

Hey Low,

Just upgraded to EE 2.7.2 and now when I try and overwrite entry / expiration dates, it doesn't. The setting is correct in the channel field settings so I'm wondering if there's an issue between LE and EE 2.7.*? I upgraded to LE 1.1.5 earlier today too but no joy.

Thanks,

Jonny

There's no issue that I'm aware of. I can't seem to replicate either. You're saying the entry/expiration dates of an entry remain unmodified for a channel entry that has a Low Events field with the correct setting set to Yes?

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Exactly yeah, it's pretty strange. Just got in work now so going to try on a new installation in case it's a conflict. If it does exist on a fresh install I can set up CP access if you like.

After painstakingly disabling each extension to find the conflict, it appears that if you're using MX Title Control, the Low Events module doesn't populate the entry / expiration dates. It's not essential to use MX so all sorted.

Thanks again for the reply, much appreciated.

Just had this same issue tonight. As soon as I disabled MX Title Control, all was fine again. Thanks for figuring this out!
