Combine Variables

I am trying to offer the user the option of displaying selected entries on the home page at variable sizes.

So I've configured Low variables to allow the user to select which entries they want displayed.

Is there a way of combining variables so I could also let them choose the width/style of the entry, per entry. (one third/two third/full)?

   Not unless you create a separate vars for each entry and size. So, a Select Entries var for entry 1 and create a Select var for size 1, etc.
