Developer Log Warning When Low-Variable Was Installed

I am on EE 2.6 and I recently purchased and installed Low-Variables and immediately upon activating it, this developer log warning appeared in the dashboard:

Deprecated function EE_Fieldtype() called in system/expressionengine/third_party/low_variables/ft.low_variables.php on line 81.
Deprecated since 2.6. Use EE_Fieldtype::__construct() instead.

Should I uninstall, try to fix it, or ignore the warning?

   Ignore it for now. I'll get it fixed in the next version.
