Bug Report: Early Parsing after snippets == early parsing disabled

LV 2.3.3
EE 2.5.5

When I Enable Early Parsing and choose Yes, after Snippets and then edit a variable in the early parsing option where there should be a checkbox I see this:

Early parsing is disabled in the Extension Settings

I discovered this when I was trouble shooting for what I believe is a parse order conflict.
