I am just wondering if your search module can help with this:
I am building a shopping cart site (over time!) and I want to be able to filter products with AJAX based on multiple categories.
Here's the odd bit... I am using native channel entries as a way of categorising for flexibility. So one channel for main categories, one for colour, etc. I am then using Playa to relate these to the product.
• I understand that Low Search is Playa compatible. Is it possible to create a filtering system for products and search on relations then?
• I'd also like to build a 'similar products' feature automatically. So when on a product, search results pop up based on the current products playa related entries. Would this be feasible?
• Would I be able to run '€10-20, €20-30' searches also?
I am currently using Solspace Search (Its not 'Super' at all) - Not a fan of their stuff in the slightest.

Yes, you can filter on relationships, both native and Playa. That means you can filter results by child or parent.
I think the 'similar products' feature should be possible with Playa only, using the Siblings tag.
The ranges are possible as well, as long as the price field is saved as a true numeric field (number, integer or decimal).
