Using Low Search, Changing the pagination

I'm using Low Search with pagination and was wondering if I could use Next and Previous links instead of the current pagination.

I would like this:
Previous | Next

Instead of This:
Page 2 of 2 pages < 1 2

   Yes, you can use native pagination with the results tag.
