Can you verify if the file exists in /third_party/low_search/helpers ? Also, can you check if the file has content?

It has content and is in the folder you listed "/third_party/low_search/helpers.php" it still shows the same error.

It should be /third_party/low_search/helpers/low_search_helper.php -- can you confirm that?

You're sure you're on EE 2.1.1? The Low Search docs say it's compatible with EE 2.4+...

Okay. Any chance you can upgrade to (at least) EE2.4, but preferably the newest version? Can't reproduce this at the moment.

This error appears when you click on the extension settings.
EE: v2.9.3 & Low Search: 4.1.1
