Can't access account and Forgot Password not working

Hello,
Low Reorder isn't working properly on one of our sites, and we need to upgrade.

The email used was willd@tierratechnology.com. (The receipt number was 4015-8922-2761-2707. The name was Stefano Pucci. The company is called P-Line.)

That developer isn't with us anymore but I do get emails to his address, willd@tierratechnology.com. However I'm not getting the "forgot password" email from your site, although I get the onscreen message saying it's been sent.

    Hi Daphne,

    I can see the purchase in my records. Do you want me to transfer it to your account? If so, create one at gotolow.com, and I'll transfer it.
