I have a problem updating Low Reorder from version 1.0.3 (!) to 2.0.4.

   That's rather weird. No mention of a line number? What's your PHP version?

   I'm running PHP version 5.3.13. And the file low_reorder_package_helper.php isn't anywhere in my low_reorder directory.

   Apologies for the time it takes me to respond -- I'm on holiday at the moment, only checking support once a day. Normal support will resume next week.
   
   That's the weird thing -- there shouldn't be a "low_reorder_package_helper.php", only a "low_reorder_helper.php" file.
   
   What happens if you just visit the module page instead of clicking the "run module updates" link?
