Entry in next month when on the 31st - Yearly Archives

Hi,

I've got an entry set to the 31st of August.
In my {exp:low_yearly_archives} tag, it appears in September, though.

I looked in exp_channel_titles and the month column says 9.
I realize this probably isn't your addon's problem, but have you run into this before?

   This most likely has to do with DST. The entry's entry_date is probably round midnight. Not much I can do about that, I'm afraid...
