File error when using Matrix with Low Vars: Cannot call method 'add_trigger' of undefined

Hey Lowe

Great work on getting Matrix into Low Vars - this is amazing. I've been using it fine but just came up against JS errors when using a file field in the Matrix. I'm getting the following error on page load:

Cannot call method 'add_trigger' of undefined

This is being reported from matrix_file.js line 67 so it looks like $.ee_filebrowser isn't defined. I'm assuming this is a Matrix issue so have raised it with Brandon but thought I'd post here in case it was on the LV side.

   Yeah, this looks like a Matrix issue. Are you on the latest Matrix version? If not, try to upgrade.
