Database error with Low variables

I have the last versions of low variables and matrix installed on my EE setup. When I enable the matrix field in Low Variables settings, this is the error I get:

   Hi Amit,
   
   Looks like the Matrix update wasn't complete. Have you followed the instructions for updating from an earlier version of Matrix 2?
