The status of the prev/next entries will be the same as the ones selected in the field/channel settings. You can't override the setting with the parameter in this case.
Hi Low, tnx for your reply. I don't want to override these settings. I only want to show entries with a status of "open" for example, and not showing entries with status of "archive". Maybe an example will make this clear... http://www.waldodegroote.be/en/light-...

What are the statuses you have selected in the settings for that field/channel combo?
Nicolas Grande 30 Apr 2012 10:37
Some channel entries have a status of open (menu recent work), others have a status of archive (menu archive).

Yes, so this field/channel combo displays both statuses, therefore they both appear in the prev/next links. This works as designed.

Sorry, didn't explain myself clearly.. This is my channel entries tag. So why are the "archive" entries also displayed when using the next/prev links?

The solutions was adding a extra low reorder channel field for the "archive"

Yeah, that will work. :)
