Expresso missing Browse server button

May be Expresso related but trying here first because it works fine on normal Expresso fields!

When adding Expresso fieldtype as an LV field it's missing the Browse server button.

Not sure if this is LV or Expresso, any ideas?

Using LV2.0.1

   Hey Rob,
   
   That would be an Expresso-related issue, I'm afraid. I think they have to check if their fieldtype works correctly in LV. They can always contact me if they have issues with it.
