Create search url without encrypted term in url

Hi Low,

Is it possible to have the search url generated be something more like this:

http://domain.com/posts/search?q=term

or

http://domain.com/posts/search/term

Rather than encrypting the search term.

   Hi! I've already replied to you on Twitter, but here's my response again for visibility:
   
   "It isn't. EE doesn't allow GET variables by default and there's more than just keywords in the encrypted segment."
