User editable lists of options
It would be great if there were a way to let users add options to dropdowns to a "select" variable. Currently only Managers can add options. Maybe add a nice, foolproof UI for adding options.

So, users would populate a list themselves and select one of those, too?
Wouldn't P&T List work in that case?
