Alpha ordering with related entries

Thanks for this plugin -- it's been very helpful! I am wondering if there is a way to make it work with related entries -- so that these related entries can use the power of the plugin.

   I don't think there's an elegant way to do this, but you could try collecting the related entry ids in an embed var, and then embedding a template containing the Low Alphabet tag, feeding the entry_id="" parameter.
