"All other characters"
Is it possible to have an item "other characters", much like the numbers "0-9". For characters like !@#$% and any other character that's not in A-Z 0-9.

That's currently not possible. All non-alphanumeric characters are ignored when sorting, so a title like "@-symbol looks like a monkey tail" will be sorted under S.
